An Ode to THC · Autumn Equinox

SF Harvest
Expo ’27

A two-day cannabis harvest summit where the whole industry comes to ripen — and the trichome takes the stage.

September 25–26, 2027 Mabuhay Gardens · 443 Broadway, SF 21+ · ID required
The Equinox

Equal parts summit
and celebration.

On the autumn equinox, day and night stand in perfect balance — and so does this event. By day, SF Harvest Expo is a working industry summit: an exhibition floor, a stage of keynotes and panels, and the kind of room where growers, brands, buyers, and the people who fund them actually meet.

By night, the room becomes the Mab. One of the most storied stages in San Francisco reopens its doors to the harvest crowd — music, comedy, and the after-dark energy North Beach is famous for.

The theme is THC. The obsession is the trichome — the tiny resin gland where potency, flavor, and aroma are actually made. It's the through-line of every talk, every booth, and one featured demonstration you'll want to see with your own eyes.

What's Inside

Four rooms, one harvest.

01

The Floor

The exhibition hall — cultivators, brands, tech, nutrients, packaging, and services meeting buyers face to face.

02

The Stage

Keynotes, founder talks, and panels — growers, operators, and the investors backing the next chapter of the industry.

03

The Trichome Track

The science strand — ripening, potency, terpenes, and harvest timing, plus a live maturation demo under the microscope.

04

After Dark

When the floor closes, the Mab opens — live music, comedy, and a room with 3,600 concerts of history in its walls.

The Stage

Take the stage.

We're building a speaker lineup of growers, operators, scientists, and the investors shaping where cannabis goes next. If you have something the room needs to hear, we want you on it — with the audience, exposure, and press that come with a marquee harvest event.

After Dark

When the floor
closes, the Mab
opens up.

443 Broadway has been a place to lose the night for over a century — Italian social hall, jazz room, Filipino supper club, and the birthplace of San Francisco punk. For two nights, it belongs to the harvest.

Saturday · Headline Night

Punk & the Fab Mab

The room that gave the world the Dead Kennedys, the Avengers, and the Nuns — loud, rebellious, and wide awake. This is the big one.

Speakeasy Set

The Harvest Lounge

A nod to the room's jazz-age life, when Louis Armstrong played these walls. Slow, warm, and elevated — the classy end of the night.

Late Set

Comedy & Open Mic

Robin Williams and Whoopi Goldberg cut their teeth here. We keep that tradition alive with stand-up, open mic, and karaoke.

“Opening for the Ramones at the Mabuhay Gardens.”

— Robin Williams, on how he once described hell
The Venue

A building with many harvests.

Every incarnation of 443 Broadway drew a crowd that knew how to gather. In 2027, we add one more chapter.

1919

Garibaldi Hall

Built as an Italian men's social club — gym, boxing ring, and a private supper room off Broadway.

1930s

Jazz & Swing

A jazz and swing hotspot that hosted the likes of Louis Armstrong — the lineage behind our Harvest Lounge.

1970s

Mabuhay Gardens

Ness Aquino's Filipino restaurant and nightclub. “Mabuhay” means welcome — and long live.

’76–’87

The Fab Mab

Ground zero for SF punk. More than 3,600 concerts — Blondie, Dead Kennedys, Devo, Metallica, Patti Smith.

2027

SF Harvest Expo

The doors open again — this time for the industry that turns a plant into a harvest.
